Failure to follow labeling instructions may result in injury, property damage, environmental harm, ineffective treatment, regulatory violations, or other consequences. Users assume all responsibility for compliance.

3. User Responsibility

The purchaser, applicator, property owner, contractor, dealer, consultant, advisor, and end user are solely responsible for:

Brush Bullet does not supervise, direct, or control field applications.

4. No Guarantee of Results

  • Environmental conditions
  • User practices

Brush Bullet shall not be liable for losses involving:

  • Wildlife
  • Companion animals
  • Hunting operations
  • Agricultural operations

except to the extent required by applicable law. Users remain responsible for following all label requirements and restrictions.

  • Mixing
  • Disposal

of products and related materials. Brush Bullet assumes no responsibility for losses arising from improper storage or handling.

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES
  • RESULT GUARANTEES

except where prohibited by law.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRUSH BULLET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in Texas.
