arising from product use. BRUSH BULLET'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in Texas.
