Brush Bullet products must be used responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, product labeling requirements, and safety instructions.

This Compliance Notice applies to all Brush Bullet products and is incorporated into the Brush Bullet Terms of Service, Product Use, Safety, Regulatory Compliance & Liability Terms, Warranty Policy, and related agreements. and the official product label, the official product label shall control. Failure to follow label instructions may result in:

Users should review the applicable Safety Data Sheet ("SDS") before handling, transporting, storing, mixing, or applying any Brush Bullet product. The SDS contains important information regarding:

  • Disposal requirements

Users are responsible for ensuring they have access to and understand the applicable SDS before product use.

The purchaser, landowner, ranch owner, applicator, contractor, dealer, consultant, employee, agent, and end user are solely responsible for:
